Intervals

By downloading, installing, or using Intervals (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Intervals is a mobile application that allows you to create and run custom interval timers. The App is provided by Simon Schoen, based in Hamburg, Germany.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
All timer programs and settings you create within the App are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of any content you create. We do not access, collect, or store your content on any servers.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Simon Schoen and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simon Schoen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
You acknowledge that the App is a timer tool and should not be relied upon for safety-critical timing applications.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party platforms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
